"Let Your Ears Be Loved" -- Sennheiser to give away 1,000 New URBANITE Headphones as part of Scavenger Hunt in New York City

Special "Ear Love Palace" Opens Today in Manhattan's Lower East Side

NEW YORK, Sept. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Audio specialist Sennheiser announced a special scavenger hunt in which music lovers are invited to search for 1,000 'Golden Ears' hidden around New York City. In addition, the German headphone manufacturer is opening an 'Ear Love Palace' for a limited time, where consumers are invited to "Let Their Ears Be Loved" by listening to the new Sennheiser URBANITE headphone.

WHAT:
Starting today, 1,000 "Golden Ears" will be hidden around New York City on 11"x17" posters hanging in record stores, restaurants, boutiques and other locations frequented by millennials. Each poster contains a removable 'ear', which can be redeemed for a Sennheiser URBANITE headphone at the Ear Love Palace (location below). Participants can visit sennheiser-urbanite.com, and by sharing an URBANITE campaign video on Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr with hashtag #EarLove, can gain specific clues on the locations of the Golden Ears.

WHEN:
The scavenger hunt will take place between today and Sunday, September 21. As of today, Sennheiser's Ear Love Palace will remain open between 12:00 noon and 9:00 pm daily, where music lovers can listen to 'bass as it was meant to be' with Sennheiser's new URBANITE headphones, in a range of styles and colors.
