Mx-Suite(TM) Embedded Software Test Environment now validated, ready for Rational
NOVI, Mich., Sept. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Danlaw, Inc., a global provider of automotive embedded engineering solutions, announces their plug-in Mx-Suite RQM Adapter for the Rational Quality Manager (RQM). This allows engineering teams developing electronic modules to centrally manage test case generation and execution with test results tied directly to requirements.

With Mx-Suite RQM Adapter, Mx-Suite(TM) test artifacts can be linked to Rational Quality Manager Test Cases, which in turn provide traceability to all other ALM components like requirements, change management, planning, defect management, etc. Test scenario creation in Mx-Suite can now be initiated from the RQM. Test cases in RQM will launch the Mx-Suite when executed, either locally or over the network. After the completion of the test, a snapshot of the test result is displayed in RQM and a then a PDF report and full detailed results are automatically uploaded to RQM. The results can be loaded back into Mx-Suite for further detailed review or analysis at a later point in time.
