Global Garment Care Leader Introduces Its First Widely Distributed Special Edition Iron

WEST ORANGE, N.J., July 29, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rowenta, the leading manufacturer of high-performance small home appliances, announces the launch of the brand's first widely distributed special edition iron: The DW4 Project Runway Iron. This new addition to Rowenta's premiere garment care line provides consumers with the most stylish and effective iron available on the market, influenced by its long-standing relationship with Project Runway.

Rowenta has been the official garment care sponsor for the past five seasons of Project Runway, each season of Project Runway All-Stars and is now an official sponsor of Tim Gunn's new series, Project Runway: Under The Gunn. All contestants on the aforementioned series use Rowenta products as essential tools in completing their original garments. The DW4 Project Runway Iron boasts a trinity of advanced technology, fashionable aesthetics and an ergonomic design. The iron also includes an advanced safety feature; the 3-Way Auto Shut-off turns the iron off in eight minutes if left vertically and turns the iron off in thirty seconds if left horizontally or is tipped over.
