RocTool thereby confirms its aspiration to accompany 30 major brands similar to that
of Motorola, Siemens Gigaset or BMW Mini, already users or Licensees of RocTool's patents.
"Today, we have proved that we provide considerable savings to the major brands in
Automotive and Electronics. We will not limit ourselves to these markets! We already have
developments starting in cosmetics, luggage, sports & leisure and many other consumer
products!" says Alex Guichard, CEO.

A new adaptation of the 3iTech(R) technology: an organic fiber suitcase

RocTool announces a new patent to make parts without a press, using an electromagnetic
induction mold. With this technology, RocTool can mold all materials, including ecological
(linen fibers...)

" Our technology has been adapted to light tooling / out of autoclave. We also want to
process much smaller volumes than we currently do with our usual markets, and our
contribution lies in the fact that we reduce the cycle time of technologies still using
autoclaves to produce parts in a few minutes and in a single mold. This represents massive
energy savings. " states Jose Feigenblum, RocTool's CTO.

RocTool, partners with two Innovations Awards in two categories at JEC Europe 2014

        - "Mobile Devices" - Smartphone back cover for Motorola
        - "Aircraft Interiors" - Titanium Airplane seat, twice as light as currently on
          the market for Expliseat.

"Regarding the seat, we use inductive coils directly in a steel compression mold. This
exclusive technology meets the challenges to design and manufacture the Titanium Seat.
Concerning the Motorola back covers, their excellent surface quality offers many
possibilities for the finishing (glossy, matt or textured) which are made possible by the
RocTool technology. Furthermore, these aesthetic qualities meet the demand for high speed
production." states Jose Feigenblum.

Heating the mold from 60degree(s)C to 160degree(s)C in 5.3 seconds: RocTool breaks
records

"RocTool is the official partner of world record holder Eric Barone, the fastest,
speed snow bike rider on Earth. At RocTool, we have also broken an unprecedented world
record in the industry!" concludes Alex Guichard.
