NXPowerLite 6 integrates seamlessly with Outlook to optimize and compress email attachments

Anyone who has worked with large documents knows the frustrations caused by lost or
blocked emails. File bloat is recognised as a growing problem in the IT industry, with
outsized Office documents causing the most issues for email filters and storage.

major update of their Desktop suite. The new version allows users to compress or
'optimize' bulky Office documents, PDFs and JPEGs by up to 95% in four different ways: (1)
using the application directly, (2) from the Microsoft Office menu, (3) with an email
plug-in that automatically shrinks attached files as they are sent, or (4) in Windows
Explorer directly.

extensions remain unchanged, so no decompression is required to view them.
