Amazon's LOVEFiLM Launches Streaming Application on PlayStation®4
LONDON, November 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --
LOVEFiLM, an Amazon company, has today announced the arrival of the LOVEFiLM Instant
streaming application on PlayStation(R)4 - Sony's next generation video games console.
The app, which is already available on Sony's PS3(TM) and Sony BRAVIA connected
televisions and Blu-ray players, allows film and TV fans to access the latest and greatest
entertainment from the LOVEFiLM Instant catalogue in full 1080P high definition and
Dolby(R) Digital Plus (5.1) surround sound.
In addition to an easy-to-navigate interface LOVEFiLM members can manage and view
titles from their Watchlist, allowing them to organise the films and TV shows they want to
watch at a later date. Revisiting content is also made simple with Whispersync technology
that keeps track of what is currently being viewed and the last location reached in that
video - making it easier to resume viewing from the same spot on any LOVEFiLM
Instant-enabled device.
