Han Koren Appointed President of AFIMAC Canada
Respected logistics leader takes the helm of AFIMAC Global's Canadian
operation
TORONTO, Nov. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - AFIMAC Global, a leader in the provision of comprehensive corporate security and
contingency planning services through North and South America, has
appointed Han Koren as president of its Canadian division--effective
immediately.
Former president Peter Martin will retain the title of CEO and will
continue to lead AFIMAC Global. In appointing a locally based president
to run AFIMAC Canada, Mr. Martin will be better able to focus on larger
strategic initiatives and steer the global organization.
"Han Koren's respected background in the industry, deep understanding of
crisis management and security, and a proven track record of continuous
improvement with his past firms makes him a natural choice to head up
AFIMAC Canada, says CEO Peter Martin.
Mr. Koren is an accomplished executive with more than eighteen years
experience in the business-to-business service industry. Before joining
AFIMAC Canada, he worked for several global logistic service providers,
focusing on strategy execution and continuous improvement. Most
notably, he was leader for a service provider in cash logistics and
responsible for the entire Canadian operation of more than twenty
branches and several head office departments. He holds a Bachelors
Degree in Engineering as well as an Executive MBA.

to an expanded client base across Canada, says Koren. "Going forward,
