New Jenn-Air Introductions Include Industry's Most Powerful 36" 6-Burner Gas Cooktop
BENTON HARBOR, Mich., Oct. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Luxury appliance maker Jenn-Air, the pioneer behind downdraft cooktop ventilation and other major cooking advancements, is introducing its first 6-burner, 36" gas cooktop, a new 30" model and several updated cooktops to its growing collection of high-end appliances.

Adding to the brand's growing list of "best in class" offerings, the newest gas model is billed as the industry's most powerful 36" 6-burner gas cooktop. It features an 18,000 BTU PowerBurner, three 15,000 BTU burners, a 9,000 BTU burner and 6,000 BTU simmer burner, all sealed and constructed of high quality brass.
At a height of only 3mm, the cooktop's low profile and near-flush design creates a sleek, built-in appearance. It will be available this fall in an elegant Euro-Style stainless design with barrel knobs, and a bolder Pro-Style(® )stainless model with heavier grates and diamond etched knobs inspired by commercial equipment. Five-burner, 30" versions of the new cooktop are being introduced as well. All models are crafted using superior stainless and die-cast materials, minimal welding and hand polishing for a highly refined fit, feel and finish.
