Every day more than four million people play Diamond Dash and challenge their friends
across all platforms. Now it is time for the best of the best to compete in a whole new
competition: the global tournament.

The Global Tournament is a league system allowing Diamond Dash players around the
world the chance to compete with each other and earn promotion to higher leagues on the
iPhone & iPad. After gem-rushing their way through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum
leagues, the best of the best will compete with each other for the crown in the much
coveted Diamond League. All players can participate and will be matched based on their
skillset and grouped with players accordingly.
For Christopher Parschat, Head of Arcade studio, the Global Tournament unlocks the
full potential of the game, "Up until now, Diamond Dash fans have only been able to
compete with their friends and many are now at the point where they are just too good for

33 million players have downloaded the game for iPhone and iPad from the App Store
since it was released in December 2011. 20% of the players are from the US, followed by
Thailand (10%), China (8%), and France (5%) - from today on Wooga brings them together to
determine who has the best Diamond Dash players to win fame and fantastic prices.
In France, some outstanding participants have already emerged. The list of cities with
the fastest players and highest average scores entails:

The Global Tournament is available now in version 4.0, which is fully compatible with
