Crowdsourced Rankings on G2 Crowd Reveal Best e-Signature Software
Grid? ranks products based on customer reviews and big data aggregation rather than subjective analyst opinion
CHICAGO, Sept.12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- G2 Crowd, the trusted source for enterprise software reviews, today released the Grid? for e-signature, which ranks six products based on 500 ratings from real users plus 30 data points on each vendor aggregated from social signals and online sources.
Adobe EchoSign, DocuSign, and Silanis e-Sign all earned Leader status thanks to high ratings from G2 Crowd users and the products' substantial scale, market share, and support and service resources. Among the Leaders, Silanis e-Sign earned the highest customer satisfaction score, and DocuSign achieved the highest scale score based on having the highest market share and the most resources. In addition, the Grid? identifies RightSignature, Sertifi, and AssureSign as three emerging Niche vendors that all received many excellent user reviews, but have significantly lower market share and scale than the Leaders.
The Grid? charts e-signature software to help professionals find platforms that best match the specific needs, size, and budget of their organization.
