Alcantara Featured On Newest Line Of Sennheiser Headphones

Sennheiser, one of the world's leading producers of headphones, microphones and wireless transmission systems, recently announced that its new MOMENTUM On-Ear headphones will feature the high-tech Italian-made material in four pastel colors - ivory, pink, green and blue.
Introduced at the Newport Folk Festival in July, the newest addition to Sennheiser's MOMENTUM line of lifestyle headphones was designed with headbands and earpads finished in Alcantara. Soft, durable and breathable, the Alcantara earpads provide a superior listening experience even in noisy urban environments.
The choice of leading automotive, marine, fashion and home-interior designers for many years, Alcantara today also can be found on smartphone covers, laptop cases and other consumer-electronics applications. The material also is certified as "carbon neutral," adding to its appeal for companies and consumers with a strong interest in the environment.
Inspired by an international team of design experts and trend scouts, Sennheiser injected color into its newest MOMENTUM range of headphones.The pastel shades accentuated by Alcantara materials define an emerging trend for subtler color that is a key look in current fashion collections.
