CocoaChina and Gameloft Go Full Throttle at China Joy

Continued strategic partnership announced to localize and publish Asphalt 8: Airborne and Dungeon Hunter 4 in China

BEIJING, July 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

CocoaChina/Chukong, a leading international mobile publisher and developer, and
Gameloft, leading global publisher of digital and social games, today announced the
continuation of their strategic partnership in bringing Gameloft titles to the booming
Chinese mobile market. Per the agreement, Gameloft will leverage CocoaChina/Chukong's
local expertise in game design, monetization, distribution and piracy-prevention to
introduce upcoming titles, Asphalt 8: Airborne    HD version   and previously released
Dungeon Hunter 4 (HD version), to Chinese players.

"We are thrilled to expand our partnership with CocoaChina/Chukong with our popular
Dungeon Hunter 4 and our next hit Asphalt 8: Airborne" said Eric Tan, Country Manager
China at Gameloft. "Thanks to CocoaChina/Chukong, we will bring our successful franchises
to even more fans."

CocoaChina/Chukong CEO Haozhi Chen continued, "Gameloft makes high quality games that
we love to publish as much as we love to play. We leveraged our local expertise to publish
Zombiewood in China, and we cannot wait to continue our partnership with the launch of
Asphalt 8: Airborne and Dungeon Hunter 4."

CocoaChina is the premier localization partner for the Chinese market, handling
everything from fragmented app store placement to game design updates, and carrier billing
relationships for developers who wish to access China. The company first partnered with
Gameloft in early 2013 for the Chinese Android launch of Zombiewood. Gameloft has chosen
to continue its relationship with CocoaChina/Chukong as a result of its market experience.

After announcing Asphalt 8: Airborne at the Electronic Entertainment Expo this summer,
Gameloft plans to show the latest Android beta version at the China Joy conference in
Shanghai this week in conjunction with CocoaChina, to show off its HD design, impeccably
detailed cars and realistic crash graphics. Adding to the extremely successful Asphalt
franchise, the game will drive home revved-up multiplayer features and ultra-responsive
steering controls.

Both CocoaChina/Chukong and Gameloft will be at China Joy in full force this year,
demoing new technologies and announcing impressive milestones.
