A solid aluminum chassis combined with a passive cooling system makes the iBrick computer well suited to environments that experience high shock and vibration as well as extreme temperatures.  The iBrick is specifically designed for the specialized requirements in the transportation, public safety, utility, military and industrial automation industries.

SmallPC's unique heat pipe assembly, combined with a set of waterproof connectors and cables, provides a high performance computer that is sealed to dirt, dust and water.  Standard configurations include a 3(rd) Generation Intel® Mobile Core i3 processor, QS77 chipset and Intel's® HD 4000 Graphics engine.  Basic I/O includes a RJ45 Ethernet port, 3 USB ports and a HDMI Video port. Robert Vance, Small PC's Engineering Manager said, "Even I was surprised with the cooling performance of our passive heat sink, and I designed it!  We made changes and upgrades to the cooling solution looking for a 5% improvement and we ended up with a 10% improvement."

Configuration options include memory to 16GB, solid state flash drives to 512G, RS232/RS422 serial ports, Wireless LAN and Bluetooth.  The unit also supports dual video options with a second HDMI or Thunderbolt port.  An optional intelligent vehicle power supply is available with support for 6-32V DC input and special features such as intelligent shut down and vehicle ignition on/off support.  All configurations include the operating system installed and tested with OS support for various Linux and MS-Windows versions including XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.  Basic configurations of the iBrick start at $1495.00 USD.
