The website works to provide easy access to Travel Oregon's partnership opportunities, sales and marketing opportunities and tourism resources. Whether you are new to tourism or have worked in the industry for decades, the site showcases collaborative opportunities and resources for every level.

"Oregon's travel and tourism industry is unequaled in its spirit of collaboration. We all know our individual efforts are stronger when closely aligned with one another's," said Todd Davidson, Travel Oregon CEO. "So, it's imperative for us to elevate opportunities for our industry to work in partnership.  The more unified our message, the more impactful that message is in the marketplace."

Providing a way to help Oregon travel-related companies and communities become empowered and strengthen their businesses was a driving force behind the redesign of the website and the development of enhanced content.

In a featured video on the homepage of the website, Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber speaks to the power of travel and the importance of the travel and tourism industry to the state's economy and lifestyle.

"It's important for Oregonians to know that we all contribute to and represent the state, especially people in the tourism and hospitality industry," said Governor Kitzhaber. "These folks in particular work at Oregon's front door, and the work they do is extremely important."

The Governor also calls out how the travel and tourism industry supports other Oregon companies, like Intel and Nike, because growing international visitation supports the non-stop air service Oregon enjoys from Europe, Asia and Canada. In 2012, international visitation to Oregon grew 13% over 2011 and contributed nearly $300 million to the state's economy.
