DENVER, March 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Double Encore and Xcellent Creations today announced they are joining forces to set the new standard of excellence in mobile product design and development. Combined under the Double Encore brand, the company has the scale, expertise, and DNA to thrive in the years ahead.
