Acquisition of Advisory and Research Firm Strengthens The 451 Group's Thought Leadership Around Digital Infrastructure
NEW YORK, Feb. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The 451 Group, the corporate parent of 451 Research, Uptime Institute and Yankee Group, today announced the acquisition of Applied Velocity Labs, LLC, a Charlotte, NC-based strategy, advisory and research firm and the developer of a proprietary digital infrastructure strategy framework adopted by multiple Fortune 500 companies and leading technology-industry providers.
Founded by IT industry expert and best-selling author Tony Bishop, Applied Velocity Labs enables rapid and agile development of a business-aligned strategy and execution model, linking the business and IT portfolio within a digital infrastructure paradigm.
