Neat® Enhances Cloud-Based Digital Filing System with Updates to NeatMobile
Neat to demonstrate Cloud-Mobile-Desktop Digital Filing System at Macworld 2013
SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 31, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Neat®, a leader in Digital Filing Systems for the small business and home markets, today announced that it will showcase significant updates to the NeatMobile® application at Macworld 2013, booth #410. The additional features for NeatMobile address customers' increased demand for easy-to-use solutions that allow them to access and manage their information from multiple mobile devices. The company will also demonstrate the Neat software platform, the company's popular scanning solutions NeatDesk® and NeatReceipts®, as well as cloud and mobile applications NeatCloud® and NeatMobile®.
In 2012, Neat expanded upon their Digital Filing System with the addition of cloud and mobile solutions, ensuring that users could easily acquire, access, and share documents across all of their devices. As a result, Neat experienced a 30 percent growth in its customer base, propelling the company over the 1.3 million customer mark.

Organize - Neatmakes organizing information in NeatMobile easier by allowing users to remotely delete, move, and sort files or folders in their Digital Filing System.
Share - Users can now share individual files or folders with anyone, anytime. The person with whom they share will be able to view only the selected file or folder. If a folder is shared, the parties can exchange comments on the items within the shared folder.
