CES 2013 Las Vegas attendees will be first to meet ivee sleek - a voice-activated and internet-connected assistant for the home
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- IN(D)(2), an innovation and product development firm, today announced the debut of the first hands-free voice activated personal assistant, ivee Sleek, at the 2013 International CES show in Las Vegas. Interactive Voice, Inc, a pioneer in voice controlled electronics, hired IN(D)(2) to design and help develop ivee Sleek.
Ivee Sleek is a Wi-Fi enabled voice interactive assistant which is activated by spoken command. Using natural language understanding, machine learning, and a server-based knowledge engine, ivee answers questions, obeys commands and can control other internet-connected devices and services. Ivee's advanced voice trigger technology allows you to activate the device from a distance without touching it. In addition, light and temperature sensors detect ivee's ambient surroundings, making her smart and aware.
"I've always dreamed of talking to an artificial intelligence system that could control my home" said Jonathon Nostrant, CEO and founder of ivee.
