MICROS First to Integrate and Implement Isis SmartTap(TM) Mobile Commerce Application in the Hospitality Industry

MICROS pioneered the integration of Isis SmartTap at ARAMARK restaurant locations in Basking Ridge, NJ.
The seamless two-way integration of Isis SmartTap into the cloud-based MICROS Simphony POS platform offers restaurant operators the opportunity to engage patrons and build customer loyalty with cutting-edge payment options. Using intelligent processing, existing loyalty, offers, and promotional programs can be mobilized by utilizing the Isis Mobile Wallet(TM) without the need for further infrastructure from the restaurateur, providing restaurant patrons' access on-the-go.
ARAMARK's Basking Ridge location was the first food and beverage environment to implement the Isis SmartTap mobile commerce application. The mobile solution was integrated and put into production with MICROS's state-of-the-art Simphony(TM) cloud-based POS solution. The installation includes a MICROS Workstation 5A (WS5A) equipped with an NFC enabled reader at each of the 10 lanes to facilitate tap and pay mobile payments, increasing speed of service.
