CHICAGO, Sept. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Systems Institute (CSI), a post-secondary education provider committed to quality, career-focused learning led by enthusiastic professionals, announced today a four-part class series designed to coincide with the State of Illinois' on-going initiatives to reduce the digital divide in the state by releasing technology grant funds to increase access to high-speed internet service.

Interested students are encouraged to apply with the Gail Borden Public Library District at one of its two Elgin, Illinois locations. CSI is partnering with the library district in order to promote efficient and safe computer usage amongst the members of the community.

The four-part series are taught by CompTIA certified Computer Systems Institute instructors and are located at the company's main location.

All classes are located at Computer Systems Institute's Elgin campus located at 400 Airport Road, Elgin, IL 60123.

"We are very pleased to work with the Gail Borden Public Library District to encourage students to learn about computer infrastructure," said Ella Zibitsker, CSI President and CEO. "Our four-part series is designed to provide students with a solid base of knowledge to comfortably use and maintain a personal computer. These skills can help them in both their professional career and social communication."
