Lunarline's School of Cyber Security Adds New Training Course Offerings
ARLINGTON, Va., July 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Well-knowncyber security company, Lunarline, is adding two new courses to its School of Cyber Security (SCS). The school now offers a preparation course for the Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) certification and an intensive course on Cloud Security and The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP).

The CAP course is taught by International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc. (ISC)(2) authorized instructors who employ effective delivery of the curriculum while focusing on preparing students with the knowledge and skills required with passing the rigorous CAP examination.
The intensive 5-day Cloud Security and FedRAMP Training is a two-part course. Part I provides students with an in-depth knowledge of cloud computing and security. Part II is an in-depth overview of the FedRAMP program focusing on how Federal agencies and cloud service providers can successfully meet FedRAMP requirements and navigate the independent validation based on the guidance issued by the General Services Administration FedRAMP Program Management Office. Successful completion of this course provides each student with a Certification as a Certified Expert Cloud Security Provider (CECSP) issued by the School of Cyber Security.
Lunarline has proven expertise in cloud security and was selected as one of only nine Third Party Assessment Organizations (3PAOS) for FedRAMP. The SCS classes in Cloud Security and FedRAMP are provided by Lunarline's Senior Strategists, all of whom have demonstrated hands-on experience.
