Founding analyst Deni Connor, located in Texas, and senior analyst and business development consultant Jim Bagley, based in North Carolina, had been collaborating on a 200-page report for several months. Coincidentally, the Friday before it was due to be released, both of their computers suffered hard drive failures within hours of one another.
