ReadyTalk Launches Productivity Tools for Online Meetings

iPad application, Quick Launcher and Outlook integration increase productivity and facilitate access to online meetings, webinars and training sessions

DENVER, March 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --  ReadyTalk, a provider of audio and web conferencing and webinar services, today announced the availability of ReadyTalk Mobile, an iPadĀ®  application that gives people the flexibility to participate in an online meeting, webinar or training session from anywhere. The App joins a suite of recently launched features designed to streamline the start and join experience and maintain the workflow of meeting attendees and organizers.

"We are all tasked with doing more with less time, which is why making the online meeting process as efficient as possible is so important," said Scott King, vice president of sales and marketing."Enabling  employees, customers and partners to connect without interrupting their workflow is essential to that efficiency. If they can schedule and start meetings without disruption or participate in meetings from anywhere, productivity can be greatly improved. "

The suite of productivity tools includes:

ReadyTalk Mobile for iPad

ReadyTalk Mobile for iPad makes it quick and easy for people to join and fully participate in an online meeting  on the go from their iPad. Participants using the App can see all content presented, listen to Broadcast Audio, chat with the presenter, respond to polls, and virtually raise their hand to indicate they have a question. ReadyTalk Mobile for iPad is available for free on the App Store.
