Guitammer Secures Second "4D" Theater in China

Company Sees Growth in Chinese Theaters as Multi-Million Dollar Opportunity

WESTERVILLE, Ohio, March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Guitammer Company (OTC BB: GTMM.OB), a leader in low frequency sound and creator of the revolutionary, award-winning line of ButtKicker®-brand low frequency audio transducers announced today that it had secured its second theater installation with Sichuan Lumiere Cinema Co. Ltd. (Lumiere Pavilions) of Beijing, China.

This second theater is located in Shenyang, North China and follows the successful installation of Lumiere's theater in Nanjing, China last year. This new theater is slated to open in the spring of this year and will have approx. 144 seats. Every seat will be "ButtKicker enabled", courtesy of 72 ButtKicker LFE brand low frequency audio transducers providing the entire audience "4D" experience as they feel the bass, impact and excitement of every movie, without any special encoding required.

Jimmy Wu, founder of Lumiere Pavilions, projects that 100 new multiplexes will be built each year in China with 10,000 [new] screens in five years and 15,000 [new] screens in 10 years.

According to Mark Luden, CEO of Guitammer, "These new screens represent a multi-million dollar sales opportunity for our cinema products, and pave the way for our home theater products to be marketed to the increasingly affluent Chinese middle class. And because so many of this new middle class lives in connected housing [apartments] our ButtKicker brand products as "silent subwoofers" are the ideal solution for them to be able to enjoy movies, videos games and music without the loud and penetrating volume produced by a subwoofer."
