RES.NET Releases Global Messaging Center for All Portals

LAKE FOREST, Calif., March 7, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RES.NET, an infrastructure of diverse real estate professionals and supporting software applications, has recently launched a Global Messaging Center across all of their portals, enabling all parties working together to communicate with each other at both a global, and property level, without leaving the RES.NET system.

Known for their unique applications for each user of a real estate transaction, RES.NET prides its solutions on bringing stronger communication to all parties. Last year, RES.NET released its RES.NET Connect Tool, which gave everyone involved in the real estate transaction a simple process to get connected. This year's addition of the Global Message Center, now allows all those connections to easily communicate and share documents without leaving the system.

This new enhancement to RES.NET allows for portal-to-portal messages to be sent, received, and stored within all RES.NET portals. Internal teams will now be able to instantly message each other at any time during the sales process, thus eliminating the need to email outside of the system. In addition, teams and agents assigned to files will be able to communicate on a property level throughout the life of the transaction. For extra security, RES.NET has added additional security settings, which enable users to edit User Permissions according to their own standards, eliminating the occurrence of others accidentally deleting a chain of messages. The message center works similar to any email program in that you can filter, search, compose, and receive messages.

With this new message center, RES.NET has now closed a communication gap between key users, such as Agent to Asset Manager, Homeowner to Agent, and Listing Agent to Buyer Agent, etc.

"The message center is now complete across all of RES.NET, with the new addition to messaging in the REO Portal," said Todd Mobraten, COO/President of RES.NET. "Finally, everyone involved in a transaction can message each other at both a global and property level within, enabling them to communicate without ever having to change systems. It enables each user to keep a better accountability of the transaction progress, as well as a convenient way to keep all messages together about each property."
