The implementation will integrate personnel departments worldwide, introduce a central personnel database and optimize global HR processes used throughout the organization.

CIBER will provide an international team of consultants with proven expertise in personnel management and extensive systems experience gained through more than 50 HR-related projects across Europe. The implementation is slated to take place in multiple steps, starting with mapping of fundamental HR processes and data control tables for the software, which will support personnel administration, organizational management, eRecruiting, and more. In the summer of 2012, CIBER consultants plan to introduce the software to U.S. and German users and, by 2015, the system is scheduled to be rolled out worldwide. To deliver the project, CIBER will tap both talent in Germany and its global resource centers.
