(NYSE: CBR), which is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The transaction is expected to close within 90 days. CIBER's Federal division ("CIBER Federal") brings over 25 years of experience supporting the U.S. Federal Government, including a broad base of customers spanning every major federal government agency and various civilian customers. CIBER Federal offers a full spectrum of IT services, solutions, and support to include enterprise architecture, application development, systems implementation and integration, operations support, and security.
