UBM Canon Introduces SensorTec at Largest Advanced Manufacturing Trade Event
Sensor technology resource joins co-located shows in Anaheim, CA
LOS ANGELES, Jan. 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International event organizer UBM Canon has announced a new trade event focusing on the latest advances in sensors and sensor technology. SensorTec, taking place February 14-16, 2012, at California's Anaheim Convention Center, brings together suppliers of sensors that can measure, detect, monitor, and report, providing essential functions for many industrial products and processes. It will feature sensors and sensor systems for a wide variety of industrial uses, including fiber optics, electrical/magnetic sensing devices, analog/digital converters, calibration equipment, automation control systems, lasers, LEDs, networking and communications systems, and the software that makes it all work.
SensorTec joins the well established lineup of UBM Canon's advanced design and manufacturing trade expositions: Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) West, Automation Technology Expo (ATX) West, WestPack for the packaging industry, Pacific Design & Manufacturing, Electronics West, AeroCon covering aerospace and defense, PLASTEC West, and Sustainability in Manufacturing. In 2011, this co-located group of expositions showcased 2,200 exhibitors and, during the three days of the event, decision-makers from 13,879 different attending company facilities conducted 181,578 meetings.
