CharTec Named Best Channel Vendor by Business Solutions Magazine Subscribers for Second Year in a Row
BAKERSFIELD, Calif., Jan. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- CharTec, a complete "Hardware as a Service" (HaaS) provider, has been awarded a Business Solutions Magazine "2012 Best Channel Vendor" award. This is the second year in a row that CharTec has been selected for this honor. Subscribers were asked to rate their vendor partners in the following seven categories: service and support, channel commitment, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation and VAR margins.

A total of 10,833 votes were cast, making it one of the largest surveys of its kind. CharTec scored among the highest in the Managed Services category. CharTec's expertise in managed services includes the largest MSP training facility in North America, products such as CharTec BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) available in hardware and a newly released software version, plus helpdesk and RMM solutions.
