(Pink Sheets: BCDH) ("BCDH"), a holding company targeting the acquisition of undervalued, niche companies, announced today that it is pleased to move forward with its acquisition of over 90% of bizM3, Inc. (http://www.bizM3.com), a pioneer in digital signage technology and multi-level mobile marketing solutions.
The two companies have been working together closely for the past several months. To-date, BCDH has invested more than $130,000 to help bizM3 build-up its technology platform and acquire customers in the hospitality industry. "We believe our investment into bizM3 is well worth it. The business of bizM3 can contribute to substantial top-line and bottom-line growth for our company and BCDH shareholders. We expect to close on our acquisition within the next week," said Jeff Holroyd.

The use of mobile devices to visit retailers grew to10.8%, up from 3.9 percent in 2010. Additionally, mobile sales grew dramatically, reaching 6.6% on Cyber Monday versus 2.3% in 2010.
