Hyland Software's OnBase ECM Solution Receives Meaningful Use Certification

Drummond Group is an ONC-ATCB (Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Testing and Certification Body) for the 2011/2012 certification program, both testing and certifying that EHRs and components of EHRs meet the meaningful use criteria for either eligible provider or hospital technology. In turn, healthcare providers using the certified products are qualified to receive federal stimulus monies under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) upon demonstrating meaningful use of the technology.
