Silverpop Pops In on iPads and iPhones

Launch of Pop-In application simplifies data collection while iPhone app provides 24/7 access to campaign analysis

ATLANTA, Aug. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Marketers are very similar to the customers and prospects they interact with - they are busy, on the go, managing overflowing inboxes and often conducting business on mobile devices.  To help them stay ahead of the game no matter where they are, Silverpop(TM) announced today the launch of two new mobile applications. Silverpop's Pop-In application supports remote data collection via an iPad, allowing marketers to grow their contact databases while in the field. And the Silverpop Engage iPhone application offers mobile access to Engage reporting. 

Pop-In is designed specifically for marketers who interact with their audience in person as well as online.  The iPad application allows for crucial contact information to be collected, even when there is no internet service, and uploaded to Engage at a later time. As soon as an internet connection is established, the data can be synced to Engage.  Especially useful for sales representatives in the field (such as at trade shows and industry events) or for location-based events at stores or other venues, Pop-In's web forms can be customized in advance, allowing the marketing team to control the look and feel as well as the data fields presented.
