Redeem NOC Service Miles for Project Work

WARRENDALE, Pa., July 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenith Infotech, a global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM), backup and disaster recovery, and virtual helpdesk solutions, today announced the launch of its newest program, "NOC Service Miles."  This rewards initiative, designed to allow Zenith partners to leverage the technical support and implementation capability of the Network Operations Center (NOC), is effective immediately.

Simple and yet unique to the industry, the"NOC Service Miles" program allows Zenith partners to earn monthly service credits which can be redeemed for project work to be executed by Zenith's NOC.  Zenith recognizes the relationship value in helping managed service providers generate additional revenue and enhance service levels.

This exclusive program is similar to hospitality rewards programs, i.e., the more you use, the more you earn.  While most RMM tool vendors in the market are presently focused on short-term discounts, Zenith is focusing its efforts on driving more value to its partners.

The "NOC Service Miles" program is now available to all partners.  According to Dan Wilson, president and CEO of Waypoint Solutions Group, "The 'NOC Service Miles' program will allow us to better utilize our in-house resources and therefore allow us to grow at a faster rate- all the while knowing our service level agreements will be easier to maintain."
