ClearOne Introduces Enhanced Collaborate(TM) with Multimedia Streaming Capability
Collaborate enriches the audio and visual experience of unified communications and popular web conferencing services in the group room or executive office
SALT LAKE CITY, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ClearOne (NASDAQ: CLRO), a global communications and entertainment solutions company, announced it will demonstrate Collaborate(TM), an all-in-one voice, video, and data collaboration solution, next week in Orlando at InfoComm 2011, America's largest trade show for business A/V and presentation technologies. Designed for organizations using unified communications software or popular web conferencing services, Collaborate delivers true plug-and-play simplicity and allows small groups in an executive office or conference room to converse and interact with each other while simultaneously viewing data from applications, web sites, or other local or network sources.
Collaborate, originally announced in March, will be available for the first time with VIEW(TM) Media Receiver, an optional software application utilizing StreamNet(TM) technology. VIEW(TM) Media Receiver allows Collaborate users to consume rich, high definition multimedia content from anywhere on the enterprise network in the form of live media broadcasts, corporate presentations, on-demand videos, real-time dashboards, digital signage, etc. This versatile software decoder can be used in conjunction with any VIEW(TM) encoder to provide complete control of and unlimited access to content from varied sources such as Blu-ray players, satellite receivers, cable boxes, DVRs, cameras, personal computers or media servers.

VIEW Media Receiver will be available in September 2011 with a single-seat license priced at $999.
