Crowley Fleck PLLP Selects Autonomy iManage WorkSite to Improve Lawyers' Productivity and Client Services

CAMBRIDGE, England and SAN FRANCISCO, June 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Autonomy Corporation plc(LSE: AU. or AU.L), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that Crowley Fleck PLLP has selected Autonomy iManage WorkSite to provide the firm's lawyers with a collaborative environment for storing all of their case matter documents and a system for tracking updates, milestones, and client communications. Powered by Autonomy's core infrastructure software, the Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL), WorkSite will enable the firm to deliver a superior client experience by enabling its lawyers to effectively access and process all of its content from a single interface for easier retrieval, collaboration and reuse.

Crowley Fleck PLLP is a multi-service firm that handles a wide variety of legal matters for clients. The firm has over 100 lawyers practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance defense litigation, natural resources, mining and energy law, healthcare, commercial transactions, banking and finance, creditors rights, real estate transactions and development, tax and estate planning, intellectual property matters, estate administration, employment law, governmental relations and lobbying. Crowley Fleck PLLP has offices throughout Montana and North Dakota, with numerous attorneys licensed to also practice in several surrounding states including Wyoming, South Dakota, Idaho, Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa.

"As a leading law firm with a dispersed workforce, we rely heavily on the right technology to connect our lawyers with the most relevant information and experts in real-time," said Larry Ziler, Crowley Fleck PLLP's IT Manager. "Our previous cloud-based document management solution was simply not meeting our business requirements for high performance, reliability, user experience and scalability. We believe that the Autonomy solution will become instrumental in helping all of our lawyers to locate relevant information for a given matter, as well as improving the exchange of information with clients. As a result, we will be able to dramatically streamline our operations and increase our lawyers' productivity."

"Autonomy's unique meaning-based governance platform provides lawyers with the ability to pinpoint the exact information and firm expertise needed to improve client service, profitability and compliance," said Neil Araujo, CEO of Autonomy Protect. "We are delighted that Crowley Fleck PLLP has selected Autonomy iManage as its technology provider, and we look forward to working with them for years to come."
