Mavenir Systems Announces Agreement to Acquire Airwide Solutions
Extends the 4G/LTE network transformation vision with global reach and scale
RICHARDSON, Texas, May 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mavenir Systems, the leading innovator of mobile infrastructure solutions for LTE operators, today announced the acquisition of privately-held Airwide Solutions, the leading provider of mobile messaging solutions. This acquisition positions Mavenir as a strong global force fully capable of enabling mobile operators to transform their core network and launch converged voice, video and messaging services over LTE.
