ambitious plans for continued global expansion. The announcement comes hot on
the heels of the recent release of Privilege Guard 2.7, which further
extended the company's technical leadership.

Sales are more than triple those achieved in the first nine months of our
last financial year, and we have secured a number of contracts where the
license sales of Privilege Guard have exceeded 100,000 desktops. As a direct
result, we are expanding our foot-print both in North America and Europe with

A key part of the expansion plan is the recent move to larger office
space in Andover, MA. This expansion is led by VP/ Director of the Americas,
