The channel partner program provides support and training to best-of-class providers seeking an affordable EHR solution to expand their network of small and rural hospitals.
eCareSoft offers its eCS Preferred Partners protected territories and extensive support including: co-branded marketing materials, ad slicks & banner ads, technical support, feedback surveys, live partner discussions, e-learning tutorials, demo and training tools, and collaborative planning assistance.
eCS Preferred Partner status requires providers to complete a robust training and certification program. Training includes product knowledge as well as end-user training and support guidance. Partners can be trained and up-and-running within one week with eCareSoft's inpatient EHR in their portfolios.
