DayNine Consulting Leverages Workday Integration Cloud Platform for Customer Success

PLEASANTON, Calif., April 4, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DayNine Consulting, Inc. today announced its support of the Workday Integration Cloud Platform and demonstrated success with joint customer O'Melveny & Myers LLP (O'Melveny), a firm named to The American Lawyer's 2010 A-List recognizing the nation's most elite law firms. The Workday Integration Cloud Platform is a comprehensive integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) on which Workday customers and partners can build complex, custom integrations to and from Workday and deploy and manage them in the Workday Cloud.

"By leveraging the Workday Integration Cloud Platform, we continue to take the integration burden from customers, easily connecting Workday enterprise solutions with other cloud applications, on premise applications, global payroll providers and more," said Tim Ramos, CEO and President of DayNine Consulting.

Sara Praetorius, HRIS Manager at O'Melveny, said, "Working with DayNine, we are leveraging Workday's Integration Cloud Platform to streamline our processes, from hiring, to payroll to how we bill our clients. Using inbound and outbound EIBs, Report-as-a-Service interfaces and Workday Studio we are able to ensure Workday is the true system of record across the firm and that there is no double data entry. The Workday Integration Cloud Platform also allows us to leverage our existing middleware (IntApp) in specific places where we need to carefully coordinate events across the firm."

Praetorius continued, "Together, O'Melveny and DayNine have leveraged the Workday Integration Cloud to create more efficiencies than we had originally thought possible in the first phase of our project. Between DayNine's knowledge transfer and the ease of use of the Workday Integration Cloud Platform, our internal teams have been able to quickly build several of our own interfaces. This has ultimately simplified integration across our organization, contributed to our firm's innovation initiatives and helped to lower overall project costs."

Since DayNine was founded in 2009, the company has leveraged Workday enterprise business solutions and combined that with our customers' unique businesses and cultures to deliver human capital value. DayNine has evolved from a small business to a globally recognized Workday services firm with clients ranging from 2,000 employees to over 60,000, spanning 52 countries globally.

"We congratulate DayNine Consulting, a leading Workday consulting firm, on their success in leveraging the Workday Integration Cloud Platform to deliver another successful Workday deployment," said Jeff Pulver, vice president, Business Development at Workday.

The Workday Integration Cloud is already operating at scale, with more than 100,000 integrations executed by customers and partners in the first quarter of 2011 alone. Workday is the leader in SaaS-based enterprise solutions for global human resources, payroll, and financial management.
