Tweakers AU is flying out with reviews, this one, a Ti 4200.

Overall the performance levels are fractionally higher that the ABIT equivalent, but aren't exactly enough to provide any real-world advantages. I'm not quite sure whether the Triplex card came out on top due to the extra memory, or if it had something to do with the "revolutionary" silver PCB design. In case you were wondering, silver PCBs are actually becoming more common now, as a number of high profile motherboard manufacturers have already released boards based on a silver PCB. Retailing around $450 AUD, the Triplex Millennium Silver GeForce4 Ti4400 128MB card costs a little more than the 64MB version, but still can be considered a bargain compared with the average Ti4600 or the $750 AUD Triplex Ti4600 model. Keep in mind that the real power of the Ti4600 is displayed at resolutions higher that 1280x1024, where cards such as the Ti4200 will start to fizzle out.
