YouSendIt Acquires Email Collaboration and E-Signature Companies
Attassa and Zosh bring collaboration, Microsoft Outlook integration and e-signature expertise to YouSendIt
CAMPBELL, Calif., Jan. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- YouSendIt, Inc., the global leader in secure digital content delivery, today announced the acquisitions of Attassa, an email collaboration pioneer, and Zosh, an innovative e-signature provider, for undisclosed amounts. Through the two acquisitions YouSendIt gains the technology and personnel of the companies.

Founded in 2007, Attassa has created a framework and software development kit (SDK) that allows the rich integration of existing Web applications as plug-ins into Microsoft Outlook. Through these SDKs, Attassa introduced a series of file-sharing, synchronization and backup utilities that make Outlook into a powerful tool for file-based collaboration. Additionally, Attassa has developed an iPhone application, which synchronizes users' email from Outlook and Webmail servers.
Zosh provides easy to use e-signature services that allow users to view, fill, sign and transmit documents from a mobile phone. Zosh's intuitive sign-with-your-finger signature tool eliminates the complicated steps of other e-signature and traditional print-sign-and-fax solutions and makes it easy to fill in and sign any document on the go. Launched in March 2010, the company won the DEMOgod award at DEMO Spring 2010 for the Mobile category.
