Integrated Game Studios Announces Release of First Smart-phone Application: Gamebook

Revolutionary Application Allows Players to Vote on the Rollout of Future Games

BATON ROUGE, La., Jan. 4, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Louisiana-based Integrated Game Studios announced today the release of its first smart-phone application, The Gamebook for Apple iPhone and iPad. The Gamebook is a set of thrilling, thematically inspired 3-D mini-games that will challenge players of any level. Players can download the game in the iTunes App Store for 99 cents ($1.99 for iPad). Unlike other smart-phone games, Gamebook invites players to vote on which games are added to the suite in the future.

The Gamebook launches with a set of three electrifying puzzle games--Fun Fun Carnival, Space Transporter, and Where is It?; however, Gamebook will grow to 20 games by the end of its rollout. Each game features stylized graphics that capture a different theme. Players are transported from exciting carnivals to deep space for a dangerous, intergalactic transport mission.

For future games, players are asked to make suggestions for new games on the Integrated Game Studio website. The Gamebook community then votes on these suggestions and they are then added to the full Gamebook suite. Fun Fun Carnival

The bright colors and riveting game play of Fun Fun Carnival is reminiscent of the fun associated with the strategic maneuvering of carnival games. With each increasingly difficult level the user must master the collection of targets, to amass varying degrees of points, while avoiding the bombs which will take you from riches to rags at a rapid pace.

Space Transporter

Journey past infinity to deep pace and complete a transport mission while evading asteroid mines, planets and the debris of forgotten intergalactic space wars. Space transporter will take the user to the star systems and beyond while increasingly challenging missions require the quick thinking and skill of a fighter pilot. Collection of the disbanded particles while avoiding the obstacles will merit success but will you survive?

Where is it?

This fun matching game will truly challenge the mind. With earthy tones and engraved etchings the user will race against time to find the replica of each uncovered item.  While this may sound easy the ranging difficulty levels prove time waits for no one.
