Global Pari-Mutuel Services, Inc. Completes Acquisition of BERMASE LLC
Files Form 10 Registration Statement with SEC
NEW YORK, Dec. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Pari-Mutuel Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GPRM) (the "Company"), a pari-mutuel gaming and wagering services provider, announced today the closing of a consolidation with BERMASE LLC, a private investment company. BERMASE is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and the former members of BERMASE are the Company's controlling stockholders.
The Company today also announced the filing of a Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). When effective, the Form 10, which contains detailed information about the Company, will cause the Company to become fully reporting with the SEC. A copy of the Form 10 is available at the SEC's website at: http://www.sec.gov.
