Lockerz Debuts First Original Web Series
"Kill Spin" is a Darkly Funny Look at Life in a Ping Pong Hall and the Dramas that Ensue
SEATTLE, Dec. 5, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Lockerz, a social commerce company with more than 17.5 million members worldwide, today announced the debut of its first original content series. "Kill Spin" features an eclectic cast of modern misfits who spend their time playing Ping Pong in a sketchy alley ping pong hall. The first of 10 episodes is available in Lockerz PLAY beginning today. Subsequent episodes will post to the Web site every Sunday and Thursday. Lockerz' second original series, "The Homes," starring Chelsea Staub ("JONAS") and directed by John Cabrera ("Gilmore Girls"), airs this January.
"Creating and delivering original content is part of Lockerz' vision to be the homepage of Generation Z," said Kathy Savitt, founder and chief executive officer of Lockerz.
