Customers can now automatically log all calls and messages with clients

ISV momentum on Force.com builds as Dreamforce 2010 approaches

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Nov. 22, 2010/PRNewswire/ -- Rseven Mobile, Inc. today announced the availability of Rseven for Salesforce on AppExchange 2. Rseven for Salesforce works with smart phones to automatically log customer calls and then delivers that information into the Salesforce account. Built using Force.com, the enterprise cloud computing platform, Rseven for Salesforce is immediately available for test drive and deployment on AppExchange 2 at http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/.

Rseven Mobile Inc will be attending Dreamforce 2010, the cloud computing event of the year, at Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco December 6 - 9, 2010. Be sure to stop by booth #2 for a demo and more information.

Sales representatives in the field often manage 10 to 20 calls and messages a day. Manually logging these messages takes time and cuts productivity. Rseven for Salesforce automatically and seamlessly logs the calls in the activity history of the leads and contacts section in Salesforce CRM.

Comments on the News

--  "Enterprises are continuing to rely more heavily on mobile devices to
receive, deliver and organize content. Rseven for Salesforce provides a
missing link between the smart phone and Salesforce while sales reps are
on the road," said Hisyam Halim, CEO, Rseven Mobile.
--  "Rseven's use of Force.com and AppExchange 2 to give sales reps the
automated processes they need, using the smart phones they live on, is
yet another example of Cloud 2. It demonstrates advantages that all
cloud apps gain when they combine real-time, mobile and social features
of the cloud," said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer,
        salesforce.com.

Rseven for Salesforce can synchronize leads, contacts and calendar meetings directly between Salesforce and smart phones. Rseven for Salesforce is available for Android, Blackberry, Nokia and Windows Mobile smart phones.
