Agri-Valley Selects Bridgewater for LTE

Home Subscriber Server and Policy Controller enable high-speedLTE broadband services

OTTAWA, Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ - Bridgewater Systems (TSX: BWC), the mobile
personalization company, today announced that Agri-Valley
Communications, the first operator to roll out LTE services in rural
Michigan, has selected the Bridgewater(R) EPC 500 system for its network rollout.

    --  Agri-Valley selected the Bridgewater EPC 500 system which provides
        subscriber and device data management, policy control, and interworking
        functions for the LTE Evolved Packet Core. It includes the
        Bridgewater(R) Home Subscriber Server and Policy Controller (PCRF) both
        anchored by Bridgewater's Subscriber Data Broker((TM)). The EPC 500 is
        fully compliant with LTE specifications and features  extensive,
        multi-vendor interoperability.

    --  It enables Agri-Valley to:

        --  Rapidly and cost-effectively launch LTE broadband services to
            under-served areas using a fully integrated and tested EPC system to
            support functions such as subscriber and service modeling, roaming,
            and  quality of service management;

        --  Reduce costs through over-the-air provisioning of subscribers,
            devices, and  on-demand service models; and 

        --  Deliver innovative, personalized services to attract and retain
            subscribers including nomadic and casual usage  services.
    --  The service provider plans to roll out LTE in all of its 40 counties in
        the northern part of Michigan's Lower Peninsula within the next three
        to five years.
