Hyper-local Leader Adds More News Coverage and Social Network Tools

CHICAGO, Nov. 4, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Chicago Tribune Media Group has re-launched its TribLocal website.  Emphasizing its commitment to hyper-local news coverage, the new site features more real-time news and event coverage from a growing staff of reporters, community producers and citizen contributors. 

The cleaner, more simplified site design incorporates social network functionality allowing users to share stories and provide comments.  Event listings are more comprehensive and provide users with calendar sync options.
