Fieldglass Realizes Rapid Growth as More Global Companies Aim to Better Manage Services Procurement Programs

The Company Is On Track to Substantially Surpass its 2010 Growth Projections

CHICAGO, Aug. 2 -- Fieldglass, Inc., the leading technology provider for procuring and managing contingent labor and services, today announced significant growth across the company and its customer base during the first half of 2010.

--  Since January more than 30 new companies, across several sectors
including high technology, energy and natural resources,
manufacturing, government, pharmaceutical, consumer goods and
financial services, have selected Fieldglass to help gain more control
      over contingent and services spend.
--  Nearly one-third of Fieldglass' new business in 2010 originated
outside the U.S., demonstrating a stronger focus on labor management
      within Europe and Asia-Pacific.
--  The company's professional services team has scaled considerably in
the past 24 months and has demonstrated its ability to implement and
support customers and partners globally. In the first half of the
year, the team successfully completed 57 new deployments, program
expansions and integration initiatives, nearly a 60 percent increase
over the same period last year.
--  Fieldglass expanded its corporate headquarters in Chicago to account
for internal growth. In addition, the company increased its headcount
at regional offices throughout the U.S. and Europe.

"We continue to see tremendous growth in 2010 following a record year of customer acquisitions in 2009," said Jai Shekhawat, CEO and Founder, Fieldglass. "The company has planned for this growth over the past three years, and we have systematically invested in all facets of our business, allowing us to scale with our customers and partners. We are very well positioned to continue this growth pace for the foreseeable future."

Fieldglass plans to further expand its non-U.S. operations, including within Asia-Pacific, over the course of the year. Planned solution enhancements will support future global growth initiatives.
